Availability of Dates for The Glenburn Rental 2012
In order to reserve a specific date you must first contact the Director of the Community Center, Mrs. June Carelli. Please leave a message on the answering machine at the Community Center or notify her by way of email.
Confirmation of availability is through the Community Center Director, Mrs. June Carelli, ONLY! The date will be reserved only after a completed application and the fees are received.

Do You Need Tables and Chairs?
If you need for the borough to provide tables and/or chairs for your event, the costs are:
1 - 8' rectangular $5.00 each
1 - 6' round $5.00 each
1 - plastic chair $2.00 each
The number of tables and chairs are limited and are available on a first come basis, if there is no need for them at the Community Center.
Payment is due when application is made.
Damage and excessive wear and tear are subject to the same terms and conditions agreed to in the contract and are covered by the security deposit.
A Recent Event at The Glenburn
On September 14, 2010 the Riverdale Land Conservancy and the Riverdale Art Center sponsored The Art of Food Festival, featuring food tasting, jazz ensemble and art auction. Local chefs provided their personal culinary delights to the more than 200 patrons attending the first annual festival. The evening ended on a high note with the art depicting the The Glenburn and Appelt Park being auctioned as a fund raiser for the two non-profits. 
The Pavilion at The Glenburn
Our new 1200 square foot pavilion has been erected at The Glenburn. It is available as a rental for events, family reunions, company picnics, etc. Along with the two new bathrooms in the barn at The Glenburn, this becomes another first class Riverdale facility.
