The Borough of Riverdale is excited to welcome our new Library Director, Richelle DeFrank. Richelle brings 9 years of library experience to this position. She has worked for several libraries, recently coming from the West Caldwell Public Library where she worked as the teen librarian, adult programmer, and reference librarian.
